Cashew Candy Recipe

 20 cashew units

 3 american cups of sugar

 1 teaspoon cloves or 1 cinnamon stick (optional)

How to make Cashew Jam:

To make this cashew jam, the first step is to separate the cashew nut and cut the stalk. Then chop the cashews with a fork and squeeze to release some of the juice.

Tip: If you want, you can peel the cashews.

Then put the sugar and a little water in a pan and cook. Cook over medium-low heat until the sugar melts and turns into a syrup, then add the cashews and cloves and cinnamon if you like.

Keep stirring the cashews, so they don't stick to the pan, and add water whenever necessary. Cook for about 1 to 2 hours, until the cashews are soft and golden and the syrup is thick.
