 1 kilogram of Fish

 1 bouillon tablet

 1 onion

 1 cup of water (240 milliliters)

 1 cup of coconut milk

 1 lemon

 2 garlic cloves

 1 pinch of fresh coriander

 2 tablespoons of Oil

 1 tomato

 1 piece of Pepper

 1 teaspoon salt

How to make Sweat Fish:

The fish is gutted and washed very well. Brush very well with salt and lemon and let it marinate for about 20 minutes.
